The program "Love Pho" organized by Nam Po district, Dien Bien province with more than 20,000 bowls is a warm and meaningful gift for upland children in the early spring days.
This program was implemented by Nam Po district with the contribution of cadres and civil servants in the whole district and benefactors throughout the country. Accordingly, more than 20 thousand bowls of VND 0 will be implemented in all elementary schools, preschools and junior high schools across the district.
With this program, almost all 20,000 children at schools in the entire Nam Po border district enjoyed the cheese dish that many students ate for the first time.
After finishing the hot bowl of cheese, Giang Thi Chi - a 7th grade student at Nam Nhu Secondary School, Nam Po District - said: "This is the first time I have eaten cheese, I find the cheese very delicious, very different from regular dishes".
He Cu A Lanh - 8th grade student, Nam Nhang Secondary School was also very happy after eating Pho: “I am very excited since yesterday when I learned that this morning I would eat pho, so I went to school very early. Pho is very delicious, you and your friends love it. ”
Along with the 0-dong cooking and distribution location at the Secondary and Primary School, at Nam Nhu Kindergarten, hot, delicious bowls of cheese brought joy to the children. The bright smiles warmed the hearts of those who made this program.
On October 10, in addition to schools in Nam Nhung commune, in Na Khoa and Nam Tin communes, Nam Po district also took place the same program. After that, this program will be implemented in all communes in the district. The entire budget is nearly VND 400 million to implement this program mobilized from the socialization source.
According to Mr. Le Khanh Hoa - Secretary of the Nam Po District Party Committee, in recent years, the care for children has always been of interest to the district. Many programs have been implemented such as giving milk, increasing food in meals or the movement "Saving 2,000 VND per day for education".
