At Pham Phu Thu High School, in the 2023-2024 school year, the school uses the names of the collection, collection and payment of households not correct; Organizing the collection of items: tuition fees for educational activities to strengthen the second session, exam preparation for IELTS international English certificates are not prescribed according to the resolution of the City People's Council.
In the school year 2024-2025, the school implemented the estimates incomplete for actual revenues. The revenue "supports lunch management activities for students" is the revenue of "Service of organizing, managing and semi -boarding for boarding"; The name of the revenue "Money for teaching session 2" is not in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Education and Training.
The contents of the Board of Representatives of parents are funded with the school's educational activities but the school receives without planning to mobilize the school council, approval of the Department, establish a receiving group, to receive the reception according to the instructions of the City People's Committee.

The school has not issued a notice of implementation of the department's official dispatch as a basis for implementing the refund of public tuition fees to parents and students.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the content of the meeting minutes with parents of students of the classes at this school is unclear, not showing consensus regarding the school's revenues, publicly collecting and spending each item.

At Nguyen Khuyen High School, in the 2023-2024 school year, the school did not publicly announce the fees for tuition, boarding lunch, extracurricular, accident insurance, and health insurance.
The school did not develop a revenue and expenditure budget and revenues ( fee for organizing life skills teaching, teaching foreign languages, teaching gifted classes, STEM education) as a basis for calculating the revenue level; or had an estimate but the implementation fee was not in accordance with the estimate ( fee for organizing teaching to enhance foreign language subjects); or the estimate did not ensure the principle of sufficient revenue and expenditure.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will organize the collection of "money for organizing life skills teaching" into "money for organizing digital citizen education activities", while this fee only applies to primary school.
The Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate requested principals of the above schools to seriously learn from experience, develop clear spending regulations, review and develop revenues and expenditures to ensure principles, complete, balanced and transparent estimates and estimates.
