Representatives of Viet Duc University (Thoi Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that they have preliminary statistics on the situation of candidates registering aspirations for admission to university training majors in 2026.
This year, the school enrolls about 1,200 students in 13 undergraduate training majors including: architecture, engineering and construction management, business administration, finance and accounting, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, mechanical engineering, sustainable production process engineering, smart transportation engineering, electromechanical engineering, economics, biomedical engineering, digital management and international business.
Among the above majors, this year the majors of electromechanical engineering and mechanical engineering have the most interested candidates.
A representative of the school said that the minimum admission score for the electromechanical engineering major is 22 points and the enrollment quota is 60 students.
The number of applications submitted directly to the school registering for the major of electromechanical engineering recorded about 1,600 applications, the major of mechanical engineering about 1,400 applications. Representatives of Viet Duc University said that these are the two majors with the highest number of applications this year.
