Hoang Mai District has approved the investment policy for a number of public investment projects in the area, including 4 school construction projects, including: Hoang Liet Kindergarten, 2 Hoang Liet Primary Schools, and Hoang Liet High School.
According to Lao Dong Newspaper on December 3, the above projects have gradually completed the rough structure. At the construction site, a series of workers and machines are constructing the remaining items, to soon bring the 4 projects to the finish line on schedule.
At plot C1/TH2 with an area of 2.4ha, Hoang Liet Primary School is currently being built. This location is near Phap Van - Cau Gie highway and is surrounded by high-rise buildings in Phap Van - Tu Hiep Urban Area.
The project has a total investment of more than 270 billion VND, of which the construction cost is more than 196 billion VND, the rest is for equipment investment. The project started in March this year, and the rough structure has been completed. It is expected that the project will be built in 440 days.
Not far away, plot C1/TH3 with an area of 1.3 hectares, located on Tran Thu Do street, is under construction of Hoang Liet High School. The total investment of the project is about more than 300 billion VND, of which more than 228 billion VND is for construction.
Hoang Liet Kindergarten project is currently constructing the remaining items at plot C1/NT3. Hoang Liet Kindergarten has a total investment of about 116 billion VND, of which, construction cost is 75 billion VND, equipment cost is more than 22 billion VND.
Currently, the project has gradually taken shape, many items have been completed. Many buildings have even been completely paved. However, the sidewalk outside the project is currently littered with fallen trees and construction waste, causing a loss of urban beauty.
Plot F4/TH2 has an area of 1.1ha, located on Bui Quoc Khai street, where a primary school project is being constructed. Accordingly, Hoang Liet Primary School at this location has a total investment of more than 250 billion VND (construction cost of more than 175 billion VND, equipment cost of more than 45 billion VND).
After a period of construction, 4 school construction projects in Hoang Liet ward (Hoang Mai district, Hanoi) have completed the rough construction, gradually entering the finishing and renovation stage.
According to the reporter's research, Hoang Mai is one of the most populous districts in the capital, with about more than 500,000 people. Of which, Hoang Liet ward has up to 25,000 households.
In 2022, thousands of parents had to draw lots to get their children into public kindergartens. Therefore, building schools here is necessary to solve the shortage of schools and classes.
