Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Thanh Nhan chaired the meeting.
According to the Department of Education and Training, schools have developed plans, assigned tasks and announced the trial operation schedule to parents. Procedures for receiving students, arranging rooms, and guiding boarding activities are also being prepared.
The school has assigned officials, teachers, and staff to be in charge of each stage, and at the same time coordinate with the police, medical, and local mass organizations to ensure security and safety.
Initially, Mau Son Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School, Quoc Khanh, planned to test operate the entire school. Kien Moc and Khuat Xa schools selected a number of representative blocks and classes.
However, at the time of reporting, all four schools still had some unfinished facilities. Electricity, water, and fire prevention systems are under construction or do not meet requirements.
Schools are all lacking service staff, have not been allocated or advanced funds to organize trial operations.
Concluding the meeting, Ms. Tran Thanh Nhan agreed to organize a trial operation in two days, August 27 and 28.
In the afternoon of August 27, schools received students, disseminated regulations, arranged rooms and organized evening activities.
On August 28, students performed all activities according to the script, from personal hygiene, eating, studying to boarding activities. Units held a meeting to draw experience in the afternoon of the same day.
Three schools are expected to organize trial operations with about 280 students each, of which Kien Moc Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School has about 200 students.
The Department of Education and Training is assigned to summarize funding needs, coordinate with the Department of Finance to advise on solutions. Communes proactively allocate budgets to ensure immediate conditions, and the province will consider supplementing according to regulations.
Provincial leaders requested investors to urgently complete and accept eligible items before welcoming students.
The education sector, local authorities and schools must choose a plan to provide suitable meals, ensuring nutrition, quality and food safety.
Mau Son Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary School was selected as the main bridge point for the opening ceremony. The Provincial Police reviewed the level of support for this school; The Department of Education and Training coordinated to determine funding to support the remaining three schools.
Communes are required to proactively allocate budgets, integrate resources to organize the opening ceremony but must finalize clearly, without duplication.
