The 2nd round of competency assessment exam was held on May 24 in 15 provinces and cities with the participation of 170,125 candidates, reaching a participation rate of 98.3% out of a total of 173,121 registered candidates.
This is the largest scale exam ever of the V-ACT exam.

Analysis results show that the score distribution in phase 2 of 2026 continues to be in a near-standard distribution form with a balanced bell shape.
About 35% of candidates achieved below 600 points, 58% achieved below 700 points and 78% achieved below 800 points; while about 8% of candidates achieved from 900 points or higher.
Compared to phase 1 in 2026, the score distribution of the two exam phases is similar in shape but slightly skewed and wider than phase 1.
The average score of phase 2 is 670.9 points, lower than the 682.0 score of phase 1.
The slight divergence in the score distribution of phase 2 mainly comes from the diversity of more than 170,000 candidates participating in the exam. The group of 109,799 candidates taking both phases had slightly improved results in phase 2. The average score increased from 696.3 in phase 1 to 713.7 in phase 2. Meanwhile, the group of 60,319 candidates taking only phase 2 had significantly lower results compared to the general level, "pulling" the overall score distribution of phase 2 to deviate from the overall score distribution of phase 1.
Candidates can look up exam results and download electronic exam result certificates through the exam registration account on the system.
VNU-HCM said it continues to implement the electronic certificate issuance form to facilitate candidates, higher education institutions and in line with the digital transformation orientation in testing and admissions.
