The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision on changing the purpose of land use and allocating land to the Management Board of Civil Projects and Urban Development of Bac Ninh province No. 1 to implement the project "Construction of Bac Giang Mountainous College".
The decision clearly states that the Bac Ninh Province Urban Development and Civil Project Management Board No. 1 will allow the purpose of using 7,644.5 m2 of land that has been reclaimed by the People's Committee of Yen The District (old) to be approved for compensation and support for site clearance and complete compensation and site clearance to implement the project: Construction of Bac Giang Mountainous College.

The Management Board of Civil and Urban Development Projects of Bac Ninh Province No. 1 is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Yen The Commune and relevant agencies to receive land handover on site; strictly implement the plan for using the above-ground land; put the land into use and use the land within the assigned boundaries and purposes; comply with the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, environment and related laws.
After completing the construction of works according to the approved project, the person is responsible for handing over all land and assets attached to the land to the agency or organization according to the approved project for management, land registration and land use according to the provisions of law.
Bac Giang Mountainous College, formerly Yen The District Vocational Training Center, was established in 2002, and in 2007 became Yen The Mountainous Vocational College. After 20 years of construction and development, on April 29, 2022, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued a decision to establish Bac Giang Mountain College.
Currently, the school has 9 faculties and functional departments specializing in training key national professions such as: Fashion, electrical - electronics, mechanical - mechanical engineering, welding, automotive technology, veterinary animal husbandry.
The school currently has more than 2.6 thousand students with 80 staff, teachers, and workers. Of which, 7 teachers achieved the title of excellent teachers nationwide, 25 excellent teachers at the provincial level.
In recent years, the school has maintained an enrollment scale of 600 - 700 students/year.
