In 2025, the Diplomatic Academy will enroll students according to 4 methods: Direct admission and priority admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; combined admission based on high school academic results and international certificate/international competency assessment test; combined admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam and international certificate/international competency assessment test; admission based on the results of the 2025 graduation exam.
With the combined admission method based on high school academic results and international certificates/international competency standardization exams, in addition to the general conditions according to regulations, candidates must answer with an average score plus the academic results of 06 semesters of grades 10, 11, 12 of 8.0 or higher. The conversion rate according to the 10-point scale of international certificates/international competency standardization exams is as follows:

In which:
A: is the conversion point for International Certificate/international Competency Standards Test;
B: is the total of the average score plus learning results of 02 other subjects in Foreign Language (must have Math or Literature) in the admission combination of the Academy for 06 semesters of grades 10, 11, and 12.
C: is the Academy's encouragement point for candidates who win the excellent high school student award (if any);
D: is a priority point according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (if any).
At Hanoi Pedagogical University, for training majors using English in teaching: English products, English language, Mathematics (teaching math in English), Physics sp (teaching physics in English), Chemistry spanks (teaching chemistry in English), Kindergarten Education - Primary Education, English Primary Education - School, Considering Plason Priority Fair (Requested in international English certificates)
The priority score (based on a 30. scale) is converted from the English certificate as follows:
IELTS score 6.5 = 1
IELTS score 7.0 = 2
IELTS score 7.5 = 2.5
IELTS score ≥ 8.0 = 3
