More than 3,500 job opportunities for students
On April 1, 2025, Phenikaa University organized the Phenikaa Career Fair 2025. There are 74 participating businesses with 78 recruitment information booths, providing more than 3,500 job opportunities in fields such as: Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, Economics, Health, Tourism and Language, etc.
Lai Quang Ha - a final year student at Phenikaa University has prepared 4 CVs to attend the job fair. The male student is aiming for businesses in the fields of fashion and garment.
"I have learned and been introduced by staff about my income, working environment, and career advancement opportunities. I find myself meeting about 80% of the requirements of businesses. I have left my CV and will have an in-depth interview with the business after today" - Quang Ha shared.


Nguyen Tuan Anh - a 3rd year student at the Faculty of Information Technology, Phenikaa University also attended the program with the desire to connect with businesses, learn about recruitment information, requirements for candidates...
Before attending, I had a list of businesses and positions they needed to recruit. From there, to grasp the requirements and criteria they set out. I find 2-3 of them suitable for the lap trinher position and will apply" - Tuan Anh said.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of Phenikaa University, the job fair is not only a simple connection but also an important bridge between the school, students and businesses.
We hope to equip students not only with professional knowledge but also practical skills, helping them confidently enter a professional working environment and meet the increasingly strict requirements of the labor market, said Ms. Hoa.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Anh - CEO of Make up for All Company Limited noted that in addition to professional capacity, there are 3 important factors that help students easily conquer employers right after graduation, including: Ability to use and communicate fluently in foreign languages;bility to adapt; communication skills.
"Adjustment is considered a survival skill in the context of constantly changing and developing society. In addition, equipping students with communication skills, standing skills, and good looks are also ways to help students make an impression on employers at first" - Ms. Hai Anh analyzed.
Mr. Luo Feng Feng, Senior Production Director, Best Pacific Vietnam Co., Ltd. assessed that the strengths of Vietnamese students are their desire to learn, their quickness in approaching new technology and their high sense of responsibility at work. Many young people have a creative mindset and the ability to adapt to the industrial production environment.
However, some weaknesses that Vietnamese students need to overcome include: Lack of practical experience and teamwork skills. Foreign language skills, especially English or Chinese, are still limited. problem-solving skills and critical thinking have not been comprehensively developed.
From the above reviews, Mr. Luo Feng Feng advises students to equip themselves with good professional knowledge, develop soft skills and practice foreign language skills.
