At the gate of Nguyen Cong Tru High School (No. 252 - Hai Lan Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh), at around 6:45 a.m. on November 17, many students were driving motorbikes and electric bicycles without helmets, carrying more people than the prescribed number...
To avoid detection and handling by the school, when approaching the school gate, these students park their vehicles outside and walk into the school.

The situation of students at high schools in Ninh Binh province driving motorbikes and electric bicycles in violation of the Traffic Law is quite common. This poses many potential risks to traffic safety.

Faced with the above situation, the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has launched a peak period of implementation to ensure traffic order and safety for students in the area.
As a result, after 1 week of deployment, the Traffic Police of the Provincial Police have inspected, discovered and handled nearly 500 cases of students violating traffic safety order. Of which, there were 70 cases of driving without a driver's license, 150 cases of handing over vehicles to students when they were not qualified to drive vehicles on the road.

In addition to making a record of handling violators of school age and temporarily detaining vehicles according to regulations, the Traffic Police force also focused on verifying the errors of parents, guardians, and those who handed over vehicles to students who were not qualified to drive vehicles to participate in traffic to handle according to the provisions of law.
