Ms. Son Thi Diem is a kindergarten teacher, graduated in 2014, rank code 15.115, rank IV. In 2017, she was transferred to rank code V.07.02.06, rank IV. In 2023, she has rank code V.07.02.26, rank III.
Ms. Diem asked, when considering the conditions for rank II, the term of holding rank III is 3 years, is she eligible?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training said that the time counted in the time of holding the professional title of kindergarten teacher rank III (code V.07.02.26) is implemented according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT dated October 30, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training.
According to this regulation, the time holding the preschool teacher rank code 15.115 before and the time holding the professional title Preschool teacher rank IV (code V.07.02.06) are considered equivalent to determine the time holding the professional title Preschool teacher rank III.
For Ms. Son Thi Diem's case, the time holding the preschool teacher rank code 15.115 from 2014 and the time holding the professional title Preschool teacher rank IV (code V.07.02.06) from 2017 are added to calculate the time holding the professional title equivalent to rank III. As of 2026, this total time has exceeded 3 years.
Therefore, Ms. Diem meets the conditions on the term of holding the professional title of Kindergarten Teacher rank III or equivalent according to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 3 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT dated October 30, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training.
