According to the Exam Steering Committee, the announcement of the hotline aims to strengthen information connection between management agencies, exam sites, parents, candidates and people. Through this, situations arising during the exam organization will be quickly received and handled promptly, contributing to ensuring the exam takes place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

Along with the establishment of the hotline, localities in the province are focusing on reviewing and supporting candidates in difficult circumstances before the exam. According to statistics from the Ca Mau Provincial Department of Education and Training, so far more than 252 million VND has been mobilized to support nearly 382 candidates in difficult circumstances, helping them have more conditions to participate in the exam.

Mr. Ta Thanh Vu - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province - said that the Steering Committee for the exam has directed units to carefully review students in remote and isolated areas, and students in special circumstances to have appropriate support plans.

The overarching viewpoint of the Steering Committee is to create the most favorable conditions for candidates to participate in the exam. We have carefully reviewed difficult cases to have appropriate support solutions, ensuring that no students have to drop out of the exam due to economic or travel conditions," Mr. Vu said.

In addition to financial support, many practical gifts such as drinking water, masks, raincoats, and school supplies have also been prepared to be distributed free of charge to candidates at exam sites. Some localities have also developed plans to support student transportation, arrange lunch breaks and support accommodation for candidates far from the exam sites.

On June 8, the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Student Association of Ca Mau province also organized the launching ceremony of the "Exam Season Support" Program in 2026. The program continues to maintain support models such as "0-dong phones", "Free motorbike taxis", "Free luggage storage", supporting drinking water and school supplies for candidates.

The program has mobilized 300 scholarships, 300,000 bottles of mineral water, 5,000 raincoats, 3,000 servings of cakes and many other necessities with a total value of over 500 million VND.
