Dr. Ha Minh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Vietnam - Japan Institute of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

Dr. Ha Minh Tuan (formerly from Thai Binh), he graduated from university in 2013 from the University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2018, he was awarded a PhD in Engineering, majoring in Construction structure at Kanazawa University, Japan.

From 4.2015 to 6.2019, he was an assistant lecturer and researcher at Kanazawa University, Japan.

From July 2019, he taught at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, from September 2021 to present he is Deputy Director, Vietnam - Japan Institute of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

Dr. Ha Minh Tuan's main research directions are monitoring and diagnosing structural health; Environmentally friendly construction materials; hard frame structure.

To date, Dr. Ha Minh Tuan has completed 5 school-level science and technology topics (as the topic manager) and has published 36 scientific articles, of which 22 were scientific articles in prestigious international journals.

Dr. Phan Tan Luc - Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration, School of Financial Economics, Thu Dau Mot University.

Dr. Phan Tan Luc (formerly from Binh Duong), graduated from university in 2013 with a major in Business Administration, majoring in International Business Administration at Ton Duc Thang University. In 2021, he was awarded a PhD in Management; majored in Business Administration at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.

From 4. 2016 to present, he has been a lecturer in the Business Administration program, Faculty of Economics, Thu Dau Mot University.

He is currently the Deputy Head of the Faculty of Business Administration, concurrently Head of Marketing and E-commerce, Secretary of the 3rd Financial Economics Party Cell, Deputy Secretary of the Party Department of the School of Financial Economics, Secretary of the Lecturer Department, Thu Dau Mot University.

Dr. Phan Tan Luc's main research focuses on business and management expertise, including three main directions: Research on social business startups and career orientation; Research on consumer behavior and Research on employee behavior in organizations.

Dr. Phan Tan Luc has completed 2 scientific research topics at the grassroots level or higher (in charge). He has published 33 scientific articles and published 2 book chapters at a prestigious publishing house in the world, of which 1 book chapter is in the Scopus category.
