Good remuneration is the most effective way to retain good teachers. But worthy remuneration must go hand in hand with serious and effective implementation.

2026 is not only the starting year but also the opening year for a new acceleration of education. A series of new policies on salaries, bonuses, and preferential treatment regimes take effect, opening up new motivation for the teaching staff. At the beginning of the Binh Ngo spring, Lao Dong newspaper talked with the teaching staff about their aspirations for the new year.

In my position as the head of the school, what I desire most in 2026 is that the policies of the Party and the State, especially the Law on Teachers, are applied effectively in practice. This is the most practical need. When income is stable and life is improved, teachers will have to worry less about the economy in the context of a volatile market to focus more on their expertise.

I believe that the remuneration policy does not just stop at salaries and bonuses, but it is a vital motivation to retain talented people. Especially for the young teaching staff, material assurance and the school's autonomy mechanism will create a great attraction for good students from pedagogical schools.

When recognized and treated properly by society, teachers will have the motivation to innovate teaching methods.

The pedagogy sector is a place to train teachers and from there create human resources for society. To have high-quality human resources for the country, we cannot only care about higher education but must start from the general education level. If the lives of general education teachers are not properly cared for, the quality of education will be affected from the root.

In 2026, I expect the education system to truly "take off" on the basis of new policies. However, I also want to emphasize that: Good policies must go hand in hand with serious implementation. High remuneration must go hand in hand with great responsibility. When teachers are no longer under economic pressure, society has the right to demand higher from us about honesty and teaching quality. We must resolutely eliminate the mindset of raising scores for personal feelings or achievement disease. Worthy remuneration needs to become a driving force for integrity in education.

Đối với trường PTDTNT THCS&THPT Chiêm Hóa, nhiệm vụ này càng có ý nghĩa khi chúng tôi vừa thực hiện chức năng giáo dục, vừa nuôi dưỡng, rèn luyện học sinh nội trú. Vì vậy, đổi mới quản lý, nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ và tăng cường kỷ cương, nền nếp nội trú chính là những yếu tố then chốt để phát triển bền vững.  Trong không khí Xuân mới, tôi mong muốn và tin tưởng rằng giáo dục tỉnh nhà sẽ tiếp tục nhận được sự quan tâm toàn diện, lâu dài và có chiều sâu.  Từ thực tiễn trường nội trú miền núi, tôi kiến nghị tiếp tục ưu tiên đầu tư cơ sở vật chất đồng bộ; tăng cường nguồn lực cho chuyển đổi số; có chính sách đặc thù phù hợp với học sinh dân tộc thiểu số; đồng thời mở rộng cơ hội giao lưu, học tập, hợp tác để giáo dục địa phương từng bước hội nhập.  Với sự lãnh đạo sát sao của Tỉnh ủy, UBND tỉnh và Sở GDĐT, cùng sự đồng lòng của đội ngũ nhà giáo, tôi tin rằng mục tiêu “giáo dục toàn diện – chất lượng cao – hội nhập quốc tế” hoàn toàn khả thi trong giai đoạn tới.

In the context of the 2018 General Education Program being implemented synchronously, education must not only stop at imparting knowledge but also focus on forming qualities, abilities, adaptive skills and aspirations for children to rise up.

For Chiem Hoa Ethnic Minority Boarding School, this task is even more meaningful when we both perform the educational function and nurture and train boarding students. Therefore, innovating management, improving the quality of staff and strengthening discipline and order in boarding schools are key factors for sustainable development.

In the atmosphere of the new Spring, I hope and believe that education in the province will continue to receive comprehensive, long-term and in-depth attention.

From the reality of boarding schools in mountainous areas, I propose to continue to prioritize investing in synchronous facilities; strengthen resources for digital transformation; have specific policies suitable for ethnic minority students; and at the same time expand opportunities for exchange, learning, and cooperation to gradually integrate local education.

With the close leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and Department of Education and Training, and the consensus of the teaching staff, I believe that the goal of "comprehensive education - high quality - international integration" is completely feasible in the coming period.

As someone who has directly taught for many years, when receiving information about new incentive policies and preferential treatment regimes for teachers expected to be implemented from 2026, I and many colleagues did not hide our expectations. We hope that these innovations will become a practical source of encouragement, contributing to improving teachers' lives, creating conditions for teachers to wholeheartedly focus on teaching.

In my opinion, stability is the greatest value that policies bring. When preferential treatment regimes become a reliable support, teachers can reduce daily worries, thereby becoming more attached to the profession and putting all their heart into students. When they are no longer distracted by the pressure of life, the quality of lectures will be improved and the care for students will also become more complete and complete.
