On May 19, the Ministry of Education and Training issued a document guiding the implementation of university and college admissions in 2025.
According to the instructions, candidates can register their university admission wishes from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, 2025.
During this time, candidates can register, adjust, and supplement their admission wishes without limiting the number of times.
According to the guidance of the Department of Education and Training, candidates use the granted account to review the results of the academic points (transcripts) of high school level on the system and must reflect with the teacher, responsible for the high school candidates to correct (if any) completed before 17h on 6.6.2025
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates register their application for admission to majors/ chuongums online on the general admission system of the Ministry or on the National Public Service Portal.
The aspirations of candidates to register for admission to all training institutions registered by industry/program and are ranked from 1 to the end, in which aspiration 1 is the highest aspiration. At the same time, candidates must provide data (according to the criteria, conditions and registration process specified in the enrollment information of the training institutions) corresponding to the industry/program that the candidate has registered for admission so that the training institutions use the admission.
All requests for admission to training institutions will be processed on the system. Each candidate can only be admitted with the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring admission conditions.
From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes in the form of online admission according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The Ministry of Education and Training requires candidates to accurately declare and be responsible for information (time frames according to instructions), including information to receive priority for areas and priority subjects (if any) at the time of registration for the 2025 high school graduation exam. The declared information must be honest and accurate. Candidates' permanent residence information at each stage will be checked and authenticated by competent authorities based on population data.
For candidates who register for admission using the direct admission method, priority admission, the deadline for submitting documents to training institutions is before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2025.
Candidates who are directly admitted will receive admission information from training institutions before July 15, 2025 and must continue to register their admission wishes on the General Schedule System.
