Hanoi Medical University has just announced the admission of 1,910 students this year, an increase of 190 compared to last year. In which, the school opened two new majors: Social Work and Medical Imaging Technology.
In addition to the 4 old combinations of B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), B08 (Math, Biology, English), C00 (Literature, History, Geography), D01 (Math, Literature, English), this year the school will enroll students for the first time in the A00 block (Math, Physics, Chemistry).
The new combination is used for consideration in the majors of Refractive Ophthalmology, Medical Labor Testing, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Midwifery, Dental prosthetics, Nutrition, Social Work, Medical Imaging Technology.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Le Dinh Tung, Vice Principal of Hanoi Medical University, adding the A00 complex helps increase opportunities for candidates and increase the quality of admission sources. Because the knowledge of the subjects in this group is consistent with the content of university study.
For the majors of Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, Preventive Medicine, the school still only enrolls students using the B00 combination (Math, Chemistry, Biology).
