Increase enrollment quotas
The Ministry of Public Security has just issued a Decision on allocating enrollment quotas for People's Police academies and schools in 2026. Accordingly, the enrollment quota for intermediate level People's Police in 2026 for 3 People's Police colleges is 300, an increase of 30 quotas compared to 2025.
Targets are allocated to each specific school as follows:
The enrollment method includes direct admission and admission consideration.
Enrollment subjects are police officers; Citizens who have completed their obligations to participate in the People's Police with a demobilization decision within 12 months from the month of application; T11 students; Candidates who have participated in the application but were not admitted to the regular police university level newly recruited.
Regarding conditions, police officers and citizens who complete their obligations to participate in the People's Police have a demobilization decision within 12 months from the month of application, T11 students meet the criteria for politics and moral qualities according to current regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
Soldiers of the Police Force with a working period of 15 months or more up to the recruitment month; classifying cadres who achieve the "Completion of tasks" level or higher in the year immediately preceding the year of application.
Soldiers of the Police Force, citizens who complete their obligations to participate in the People's Police have a demobilization decision within 12 months from the month of application, T11 students are healthy enough to be recruited into the People's Police Force according to regulations.
Candidates who have participated in the entrance exam but are not admitted to the regular police university level are newly recruited; have applications and meet the standard conditions for university entrance exams as prescribed in section III but are not admitted to the university level. Do not enroll candidates who violate exam regulations from the level of suspension of exams or higher.
Subjects and conditions for application
Subjects, admission conditions, priority order according to direct admission method are as follows:
First, the candidate is the biological child of a CAND martyr;
Second, candidates who are biological children of citizens recognized as martyrs who sacrificed in cases of directly participating in the struggle against or preventing acts dangerous to society belonging to crimes specified in the Penal Code, bravely performing urgent and dangerous tasks serving security;
Third, candidates who are biological children of CAND wounded soldiers (disability rate from 81% or more);
Fourth, candidates who are biological children of Heroes of the Armed Forces in the People's Police; candidates who are biological children of Labor Heroes in the People's Police.
Conditions for admission: Having a written request from the Police of units and localities (with supporting documents), a declaration form and a registration form for intermediate level admission according to the Ministry of Public Security's regulations sent to X02 for appraisal; Graduating from high school up to the time of enrollment confirmation.
Subjects and conditions for admission according to the admission method are as follows:
Attending high school graduation and attending the Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam in 2026. For in-service police officers, demobilized police officers, T11 students who do not meet the conditions to register for university entrance or only wish to register for intermediate level admission, they are allowed to submit applications to a People's Police school according to the correct enrollment zoning to take the assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security in 2026.
Ensure the entrance threshold for intermediate level according to regulations and be notified by X02 before admission consideration.
There are applications for intermediate level entrance exams sent by unit and local police to X02.
Graduated from high school by the time of enrollment confirmation.
