Not only does the corps receive additional business registration services in some one-stop department areas, many parties claiming to be legal assistants also implement this service.

If teachers have a need to build a central model, they must establish a company, apply for a license from teachers in charge of expertise, meet the conditions for facilities and fire prevention and fighting... The cost will increase by dozens of times.
"If we decide to open a center, the amount of money is not small, falling around 35 - 40 million VND, not to mention the cost of establishing a company is 3.95 million VND" - this person said.
Talking to reporters, Lawyer Bui Dinh Ung (Hanoi Bar Association) recommends that people who want to register for extra teaching business need to be alert and avoid falling into scams. Because the professional qualifications of these subjects have not been verified and do not have expertise in the field of education, the completion of the registration certificate is still not eligible for additional teaching.
Regarding prices, Mr. Ung said that the State does not currently have specific regulations. The service price is still based on a civil agreement between the two parties.
