To date, Da Nang has completed the arrangement of public educational institutions according to Plan No. 3/PA-UBND. The whole city still has 452 institutions, a decrease of 524 institutions compared to before.
In the mountainous commune of Tra Lien, 7 schools are rearranged to 3 schools, including Huong Tra Kindergarten, Phuong Dong Primary and Secondary School and Tran Phu Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School.
Along with the establishment of new schools, the locality ended the operation of 7 school party cells, established 3 new party cells on the basis of merging old party organizations, and at the same time consolidated the Party Committee and management staff.
In which, the Party Cell of Huong Tra Kindergarten has 28 party members; the Party Cell of Phuong Dong Primary and Secondary School has 21 party members; the Party Cell of Tran Phu Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School has 31 party members.
Leaders of Tra Lien commune requested schools to quickly arrange and stabilize the organization, assign tasks, and effectively use facilities and staff, ensuring that teaching and learning activities are not interrupted.
Educational institutions after arrangement in Da Nang will go into operation from September 1, 2026.
