Can Tho University has officially deployed a smart kiosk system to help students proactively complete procedures and receive necessary confirmation papers on the spot.
The system will support quick issuance of documents such as: Student confirmation to supplement loan applications according to Decision 157, student confirmation to supplement personal applications, certificate of completion of training program (CTĐT),...
The system operates during office hours and is located in the Hall of the Faculty of Management, Can Tho University, helping learners easily see and conveniently use it.
Detailed process as follows:
Step 1: authenticate the user, students scan the QR code through the mobile application or log in to the student account on the Kiosk.
Step 2: select the service, select the type of confirmation paper to be issued and enter the quantity.
Step 3: choose the form of issuance and preview the paper sample: paper version (sealed), electronic version (digital signature - deployed simultaneously at the MY CTUS mobile application, integrated system, kiosk).
Step 4: Pay, implement fee payment (if any) via electronic methods.
Step 5: issue a certificate (provide both paper and electronic versions).
For paper copies, students receive printed copies directly at the kiosk. After that, students go to the School office to present their citizen identification card/student card corresponding to the required record on the system, and receive the sealed result.
For electronic versions, implement an automatic digital signature system and then send PDF files via email to students.
Papers issued at the Kiosk system at Can Tho University are supplemented with QR codes, allowing online system access to verify content and issuance time. The system also has general incident reporting features.
It is expected that the Kiosk system will be deployed in more locations at Can Tho University to help learners easily carry out procedures quickly on the spot, avoiding wasting much time.
