Pioneering training, meeting international standards
In the context of a competitive labor market and increasingly high requirements for human resource quality, training according to international accreditation standards is becoming an important measure for higher education institutions.
HSU is considered one of the pioneering schools in formal training in Human Resource Management in the South.
In 2015, the school became the first institution in Vietnam with this major achieving ACBSP accreditation (USA) - one of the accreditation standards for the field of business and management.

By 2026, the program will continue to be assessed as meeting AUN-QA (Southeast Asia) standards, thereby affirming the quality of training through criteria on the program, faculty and student output.
According to Dr. Nguyen Thuy Giang - Director of HSU Human Resource Management Program, the training program is designed according to a 4-year roadmap, focusing on applicability.
Students are equipped with in-depth knowledge through specialized modules, and also participate in two internships and many practical experience activities at businesses.
The teaching staff includes experts with practical experience in the field of human resources, combining academic foundation with management experience, contributing to helping students improve their ability to adapt to the labor market.
A former student of Human Resource Management course 2014, currently working at a foreign bank, said that the training program is highly practical, helping learners to apply knowledge to work immediately after graduation.
Strengthening business linkages, expanding job opportunities
The school promotes cooperation with domestic and foreign businesses such as ManpowerGroup, MISA, Hong Leong Bank, Bosch, EY... to create a learning environment associated with practice.
Accordingly, 100% of students majoring in Human Resources Management are allowed to participate in at least two internships during their studies.
In addition, academic activities such as the "Future Human Resources Manager" contest create conditions for students to practice project management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving in a business simulation environment.

According to a survey by the HSU Student Experience and Business Relations Center before the 2025 and 2026 graduation ceremonies, the rate of human resource management students who find jobs before receiving their degrees is about 95%. Of which, the majority work in the right major, and about 20% work at foreign-invested enterprises.
After graduation, students can hold positions such as recruitment specialist, training and development, salary – welfare, human resources administration or human resources management assistant at domestic and foreign businesses.
Hoa Sen University enrolls students in 2026, with scholarship policies supporting up to 70% of the full course tuition.
