The Military Enrollment Board, Ministry of National Defense, announced guidelines for candidates participating in the competency assessment exam to serve the enrollment of military schools in 2026.
Accordingly, the subjects eligible to register for the exam are candidates who have participated in the preliminary selection and have been concluded by the local Military Enrollment Board, unit, and school to be eligible for preliminary selection for university and college military training according to the regulations of the Military Enrollment Board of the Ministry of National Defense in 2026.
Candidates are not required to participate in the exam if they do not wish to.
Candidates register online at: https://qda. edu. vn from 8:00 AM on May 11th to 5:00 PM on May 20th. The exam is expected to be held on the third week of June.

Candidates are required to register for the exam according to the prescribed area, and military personnel register for the exam according to the area where they are stationed.
The competency assessment test for the enrollment of military schools (QDA) consists of 3 parts.
Part 1 is Mathematics and Data Processing (Quantial Thinking), including 50 questions (35 objective multiple-choice questions and 15 answer-filling questions), exam time 80 minutes, 50 points scale.
Part 2 is Literature - Language ( Qualitative Thinking) including 50 objective multiple-choice questions. The exam time is 55 minutes, scale of 50 points.
Part 3 is Science or English with 50 questions including objective multiple-choices and filling out the answers. The exam time is 60 minutes, scale of 50 points.
Candidates choose to take the Science or English exam. In the Science exam, candidates choose 1 combination of 5 topics: Physics - Chemistry, Chemistry - Biology, Physics - Biology, History - Geography.
After submitting the paper, the computer will spend over 60 seconds for the candidate to memorize their exam scores. If the candidate does not violate discipline, the score displayed on the screen will be the exam score the candidate achieved in the corresponding exam session.
