In the near future, after having the contractor selection results for the above bidding package, the winning bidder will deploy the construction of the administration building, the two-story classroom building and auxiliary items of Vo Tranh Kindergarten.
For the main building block (headquarters building, classroom building): 2 floors high, with 10 classrooms, 31 compartments, construction area 1,213m2, total floor area 3,549m2, floor height 3.6m...
The power supply, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems are installed completely and synchronously according to standards to meet technical requirements and ensure safety during use.
For the pump house and water tank: The construction site is rectangular, including 1 compartment, dimensions 3.6x4.3m, height 3.0m, construction area 17m2... tank volume 10m3.
Along with that, the project also builds items such as: Main gate, auxiliary gate, fence, security house.
The time for the winning bidder to implement the contract is within 360 days (including holidays, Tet), calculated from the date of commencement of the project.
According to the investor, the project is invested with the goal of overcoming degraded facilities, expanding the area and changing the location of the school to be safer and more convenient.
At the same time, the school is built to ensure meeting the learning needs of children, complying with current regulations on national standard schools and the latest design standards.
