Therefore, the Department of Education and Training has prepared a budget estimate to send to the Department of Finance and submitted to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to consider supporting exam preparation costs for public educational institutions under the Department to organize exam preparation for grade 12 students, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
Attached to the document proposing funding from the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province is an appendix to organize extra teaching for 15,611 students from 50 schools in Ha Tinh province. Of which, the total number of subjects taught to students in math subjects is 593,218, in Literature subjects is 593,218, in Foreign Language subjects is 593,218, and in Elective subjects is 593,218.
Based on the regulations on the amount of money for each exam review session in Resolution No. 107 of 2023 of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council of 9,000 VND/class (in Ha Tinh High School for the Gifted alone, it is 12,000 VND/class), the total amount that the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province proposed to the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to provide for teaching 12th grade reviews is 21,533,232,000 VND (more than 21.5 billion VND).
It is known that the organization of reviews for grade 12 students in Ha Tinh province is calculated from February 14, 2025 (from the effective date of Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training) to the end of June 2025.
After the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh province issued the above document, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province issued a document assigning the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to review the situation, review and advise the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province before March 14.
