On August 11, Tay Bac University announced the university admission scores for the regular system in 2026 according to the method of considering high school graduation exam results.
According to the benchmark scores, Political Education has the highest score with 26 points. Followed by Mathematics Pedagogy 25.58 points; History - Geography Pedagogy 25.55 points; Geography Pedagogy 25.40 points; Primary Education and Literature Pedagogy both 25.30 points.
History Pedagogy majors take 25.10 points, English Pedagogy 24.26 points, Preschool Education 24.95 points. Some other pedagogical majors have benchmark scores from 22.20-23.50 points, including Natural Science Pedagogy, Informatics Pedagogy, Physics Pedagogy, Chemistry Pedagogy and Biology Pedagogy.

Meanwhile, the remaining 18 majors have a benchmark score of 15 points, including Vietnamese and Vietnamese Culture, Business Administration, Finance - Banking, Accounting, Information Technology and many majors in the fields of agriculture, forestry, natural resources and environment, nutrition and tourism.
The benchmark score level shows a clear differentiation between the two groups of majors. Teacher training majors have significantly higher admission scores, while many non-pedagogical majors maintain a score of 15 points.
Notably, Tay Bac University enrolls 34 majors in the score board based on the high school graduation exam results in 2026. This is the basis for candidates to consider choosing a major that is suitable for their score level and career orientation.
According to the school's decision, in addition to the high school graduation exam results, the admission score for some other methods is implemented through conversion of equivalent points according to regulations.
