In 2026, 23 military schools/facilities will recruit a total of 5,420 military university and college quotas, an increase of more than 1,000 compared to 2025 and the highest level in about 5 years. Only the Military Technical Academy, Military Medical Academy and Military Science Academy will recruit female candidates.
Military schools use 4 enrollment methods: direct admission and priority admission; considering the capacity assessment results of Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; considering the results of the QDA exam of the Ministry of National Defense; and considering high school graduation exam scores.
