The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi National University has just announced the admission benchmark for 2025. With the use of the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography) as the original combination for 26/28 training majors, the benchmark score ranges from 25 to 29 points.
In which, the Psychology major leads with a benchmark of 29 points; followed by Public Relations with 28.95 points and Journalism with 28.20 points. With this benchmark score, candidates must achieve 9.4 points/subject to pass the entrance exam in journalism.
Compared to last year, the benchmark score this year is generally kept at a high level. In 2024, the school's benchmark scores ranged from 22.95 to 29.1 points. The highest is the Public Relations major with 29.1 points (C00 combination), followed by the Journalism major with 29.03 points.
National Economics University
Although not a direct communication major but a Marketing and Communication major to train students in fields related to brand building and management, advertising, public relations, with a scale of 30, the Public Relations major in 2022 is the highest with 28.6 points, in 2023 it is 27.2 points, in 2024 it is 28.18 points and in 2025 it is 28.07. Compared to 2024, the benchmark score for Public Relations this year decreased by 0.11 points. With this benchmark score, candidates must achieve 9.3 points/subject to pass the Public Relations major.
Diplomatic Academy
The Diplomatic Academy announces the benchmark scores for admission methods. With the 100 method (based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores), the admission score ranges from 24.17 to 26.09.
Of which, 3 majors have benchmarks of 25 or higher including International Relations, English Language and International Communications.
For the International Communications major, the benchmark score this year is 25.9. With this benchmark score, candidates must achieve 8.6 points/subject to pass the International Communications major.
