On August 10, Viet Duc University said that this year the school enrolls 1,200 students in 13 university training majors including: architecture, engineering and construction management, business administration, finance and accounting, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, mechanical engineering, sustainable production process engineering, smart transportation engineering, electromechanical engineering, economics, biomedical engineering, digital management and international business.
In 2026, the benchmark scores are determined according to each training program and corresponding admission method, including: method 1 - TestAS results; method 2 - high school academic results; method 4 - international high school certificate; and method 5 - high school graduation exam results.
Specifically as follows:
For method 3, the school directly admits students who win prizes in provincial/city-level excellent student selection exams; who are members of the national team participating in international Olympic exams; who win prizes in Asia-Pacific Olympic competitions, national or international science and technology competitions.
According to records, for the high school graduation exam result method, the mechanical and electronic engineering major has the highest admission score with 26.1 points, followed by the digital management and international business major with 21 points. The remaining majors have admission scores from 18-20 points.
Viet Duc University said that admitted candidates will receive admission notices before 5:00 PM on August 13th and must confirm admission to the admitted major on the Ministry of Education and Training's Enrollment Information Portal or through the National Public Service Portal before 5:00 PM on August 21, 2026.
