Regarding the input quality assurance threshold (floor score), to be admitted to the Academy of Technology and Security Technology, candidates must meet the following conditions:
For Method 1 (direct admission), police schools require candidates with national and international science and technology awards in the direct admission category to the Academy of Technology and Security Technology to achieve 40/100 points in the Ministry of Public Security's assessment test.
For Method 2 and Method 3:
+ When candidates are considered for admission to the Medical major (major code 7720101 and conventional major code 7720101A of the Academy of Technology and Security Technology), the input quality assurance threshold from the 2026 high school graduation exam scores (without coefficient multiplication, without adding points) of 3 exam subjects of the admission combination is 22 points (according to the 30-point scale) and the exam score of the Ministry of Public Security in 2026 is 20 points according to the 100-point scale.
+ Candidates applying for Method 2 of Medicine send to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi: Entrance quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and Vietnam National University, Hanoi; this threshold is determined according to the admission combination of Medicine (B00, D08) announced by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
According to the announcement of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, in 2026, the medical major will have a floor score of 22/30 graduation exam scores.
And when considering admission to other majors of the Academy of Technology and Security Technology, candidates simultaneously meet 2 conditions: The input quality assurance threshold is 70 points, including the total score of 3 (three) subjects of the 2026 high school graduation exam belonging to the admission combination (or converted score of international foreign language certificate) on a scale of 100 and the exam score of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam on a scale of 100, without failing scores according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Public Security.
At the same time, candidates with a total score of 3 (three) subjects in the 2026 high school graduation exam according to the admission combination must achieve at least 15 points on a 30-point scale, applicable to candidates taking the graduation exam from 2026.

For the major of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, candidates meet the conditions for recruitment sources according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training, according to which candidates must have a total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to the admission combination (or score of Math, Literature and another subject) reaching at least 15.00 points on a 30-point scale.
