The whole province arranged 27 exam sites with 359 exam rooms; about 2,000 turns of personnel participating in the organization of the exam, including the Provincial Steering Committee, the Exam Council, the Secretariat, the Inventory Department and related forces.
Dien Bien Department of Education and Training requested the Provincial Police to strengthen support in updating, providing information, warning and guiding the identification of new methods and tricks of exam cheating, especially the use of high-tech equipment and artificial intelligence tools; and at the same time support the review and assessment of potential risks at exam sites.
The Provincial Police also presides over and regularly coordinates with the Department of Education and Training, departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards to develop and implement plans to ensure security, order, and safety for the exam; focusing on protecting safety and secrecy at all stages of the exam organization process.
