The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Decision No. 1612/QD-BGDDT on suspending training activities of higher education levels for Ha Hoa Tien University.
This is a private university, located in Ha Nam province.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that the suspension was due to Ha Hoa Tien University violating the provisions of Point b and Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 125/2024/ND-CP dated October 5, 2024 of the Government regulating the conditions for investment and operation in the field of education.
The suspension period is 12 months from the effective date of this Decision (June 17, 2025).
During the suspension period, Ha Hoa Tien University is responsible for promptly completing the conditions to be allowed to conduct training activities according to the provisions of current law, periodically 3 months from the effective date of this decision, and reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training on the implementation results.
In addition, Ha Hoa Tien University has measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of learners, teachers, managers and staff of the school.
