Dong Nai approves policy to support PhDs and professors from 300 - 400 million VND

Dong Nai - Doctors and professors working at Dong Nai University under the attraction policy are supported once from 300 - 400 million VND/person.

On April 10, the 2nd Session (thematic), the 11th Dong Nai Provincial People's Council, term 2026 - 2031, passed a Resolution stipulating policies to attract and support high-quality human resources to work at Dong Nai University in the 2026-2030 period.

According to the draft resolution, the total target for attracting and supporting 37 majors is 229 lecturers. Of which, doctors are 155 people, associate professors are 37 people, and professors are 37 people to participate in teaching at the university and master's levels.

Doctors are entitled to attraction policies, one-time support of 300 million VND/person; associate professors are entitled to attraction policies, one-time support of 350 million VND/person and professors are entitled to attraction policies, one-time support of 400 million VND/person.

Attracting and supporting subjects commit to working for 6 consecutive years or more.

The funding for implementation is expected from the state budget for a period of 5 years with a maximum amount of over 74 billion VND.
