Ministry of Education and Training guides teachers on how to calculate relegation time when considering promotion
Ms. P.T. M. H (Dong Nai) is a library staff, enrolled in 2010, rank code 17. 171, is an intermediate librarian. In 2020, she transferred to the rank of Primary Teacher, grade IV. In 2024, she transferred to the rank of Primary Teacher, grade III.
In March 2021, Ms. H graduated from university with a degree in primary school pedagogy. Ms. H asked if she was allowed to count her time as a library staff to be considered for promotion to Primary School Teacher rank II? If eligible for promotion consideration, how should she prepare the application?
Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training said that, according to the provisions of Circular No. 08/2023/TT-BGDĐT, the conditions for holding rank to register for the exam or consideration for promotion to the professional title Primary School Teacher rank II are calculated based on the time holding the professional title Primary School Teacher rank III or equivalent professional title. Hue University sets ABCD philosophy to break through into National University
