Hanoi arranges and merges a series of intermediate and vocational colleges
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan signed and issued Decision 4701/QD-UBND on reorganizing in the form of merging Hanoi Vocational Secondary School No. 1, Hanoi Construction Secondary School into Hanoi College of Electronics - Refrigeration into Hanoi College of Electronics - Refrigeration. The decision takes effect from September 4, 2026.
Accordingly, Hanoi College of Electronics and Refrigeration (later reorganized) is a public non-business unit under Hanoi city; has legal status, is allowed to use its own seal and open accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks according to the provisions of law.
Hanoi College of Electronics - Refrigeration (later reorganized) has the position, function, tasks, powers, organization and operation to comply with the provisions of the law on vocational education and the College Charter issued by competent authorities.
