Hai Phong allocates nearly 15, 570 billion VND for educational infrastructure
Hai Phong City People's Committee has just issued a Plan to ensure facilities for public kindergartens and general schools in the area.
The plan aims to invest in building 3,745 solid classrooms; 3,994 blocks of subject classrooms/study support rooms; 1,427 solid sanitation works to supplement public preschool, primary, secondary, and high school education institutions. At the same time, invest in building Tran Phu Specialized High School (phase 3) and relocating and investing in building a new Nguyen Trai Specialized High School.
The city also plans to invest in purchasing 131,855 sets of minimum teaching equipment to implement the 2018 General Education Program. Ministry of Education and Training: Schools removing the A00 and C00 combinations does not have a major impact on candidates
Candidate N.M. H said that in this year's entrance exam, some universities with economics majors have removed the A00 and C00 combinations in admission consideration.
Candidate H asked: Why is there this change? How does this affect candidates as well as the training program?
Answering this question on the Government Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of Education and Training said that, according to the provisions of Circular No. 06/2026/TT-BGDĐT of the Minister of Education and Training, the admission criteria must be built on the basis of basic knowledge and core competencies necessary for the training industry.
Therefore, the fact that some training institutions adjust or no longer use traditional combinations such as A00, C00 in the admission of economics majors is to select candidates with more suitable abilities to the actual requirements of the curriculum, instead of just relying on fixed combinations before.
The Ministry also affirmed that this change does not have a major impact on candidates.
