Student fined by teacher for self-injecting needle in hand
According to the reflection of a parent (whose child is in 3rd grade at a primary school in Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City), on April 13, seeing their child returning home from school showing signs of fatigue and unhappiness, the parent pressed him, and the child said that because he did not wear a scarf, he was punished by the teacher by injecting a needle into his hand.
