The plan aims to invest in building 3,745 solid classrooms; 3,994 blocks of subject classrooms/study support rooms; 1,427 solid sanitation works to supplement public preschool, primary, secondary, and high school education institutions. At the same time, invest in building Tran Phu Specialized High School (phase 3) and relocating and investing in building a new Nguyen Trai Specialized High School. The city also plans to invest in purchasing 131,855 sets of minimum teaching equipment to implement the 2018 General Education Program. The total cost of use is nearly 11,57 billion VND to ensure facilities for public preschools and general schools in Hai Phong city in the period 2026 - 2030.
In the coming time, the city will direct departments, branches, and localities to arrange and supplement the remaining educational land area for all levels of education from preschool to high school. Along with that, ensure the land fund of educational institutions to meet the requirements of scale development and implement construction investment; build and approve the overall ground plan of educational institution campuses to ensure that projects are invested and built in accordance with the plan, synchronously, and meet prescribed standards.
In addition, maximize all resources in the city, promote socialization, actively mobilize and attract other legal capital sources to focus on strengthening resources to meet the implementation of the objectives of the Project "Developing education and training in Hai Phong city to 2030, vision 2045".
The city strengthens state management in advising on investment policies, ensuring that investment and construction are in the right direction and at the right address. At the same time, develop and promulgate regulations on assignment and decentralization of management of projects to implement the objectives of the Plan in accordance with the specifics of the education sector in the city.
