On May 11, Team Area 6 of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that it organized professional training in PCCC and CNCH for 135 teachers working in schools in the managed area.

The training session aims to improve legal knowledge, sense of responsibility and skills in handling fire, explosion, accident, and incident situations that may occur in the school environment.
At the training session, officers and soldiers of Team KV6 disseminated the basic contents of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue; guided measures to ensure fire safety in schools; identified potential risks that easily lead to fire and explosion such as electrical short circuits, unsafe use of electrical equipment or carelessness in daily life and teaching.
Teachers are also instructed on the process of handling when a fire is detected, fire alarm skills, initial firefighting organization, guiding students to escape and ensure safety of life in emergency situations.
In addition to theoretical content, the training session also focused on the practical part to help teachers improve their skills in handling real-life situations.
Trainees directly practiced using portable fire extinguishers to extinguish simulated fires; practiced escape skills in environments with a lot of smoke and toxic gases; guided the movement and rescue of victims out of dangerous areas and handled some common situations in rescue and relief work.
Through the training session, the teaching staff is equipped with more necessary knowledge and skills to proactively prevent and effectively handle fire and explosion situations from the beginning.
This is also a practical activity contributing to building a safe school environment and improving the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue in the managed area.
The training session took place seriously, safely, in accordance with the content of the program and received positive response from participating teachers.
