To effectively serve fire prevention and fighting safety, in Hoan Kiem district, from May 30 to June 2, the Hoan Kiem Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Area Group - Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department - Hanoi City Police, is coordinating with schools to ensure fire prevention, fighting and rescue safety at all exam locations in the district.

According to the plan, the Fire Police force of the local Police Department has focused on comprehensively checking safety conditions at the test sites; assessing electrical systems, fire fighting equipment, escape routes, emergency handling plans; organizing propaganda, guidance, raising awareness to create a strong mentality and skills to prevent and handle fire and explosion situations for officers, teachers and students throughout the exams.
Because the exams will take place in peak hot weather conditions, with the potential risk of power outages and fires, the Area Group has proposed that the Board of Directors of schools proactively develop and implement a "4 on-site" plan including: on-site forces, on-site command, on-site vehicles and on-site logistics to promptly handle possible fire and explosion situations.
At the same time, coordinate and instruct schools to quickly overcome some limitations and shortcomings: maintain handheld fire fighting equipment, wall fire fighting systems, escape service vehicles and maintain a standing force ready to respond to fires and explosions.
The representative of Tran Phu High School's Board of Directors emphasized that the effectiveness of the coordination between the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force with the school to ensure the fire prevention and fighting safety at the test sites will create a safe environment, ensure the best conditions for students to take important exams and help the school complete this year's enrollment exam.
