Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training requests the People's Committees of communes and wards; heads of units and schools in Ha Tinh province to inform the hotline to receive and handle petitions and reflections on tutoring and extra classes to all officials, teachers, staff, students, parents and people to know.
Previously, on June 26, 2026, Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 41 regulating tutoring and extra classes in Ha Tinh province.
Immediately after that, the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch No. 2255 dated June 26 on the implementation of Decision No. 41 of the Provincial People's Committee on tutoring and extra classes.
According to the regulations of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, the funding for organizing extra classes and tutoring in schools uses the state budget allocated annually and other legal funding sources of the unit according to the provisions of law.
The cost of organizing extra classes and tutoring outside the school is collected from students; the fee for extra classes is agreed upon between parents of extra learners and extra learners and the tutoring facility.
Tutoring and extra classes are subject to inspection by the inspection agency according to the provisions of law; subject to inspection by the education management agency, state management agencies at all levels according to decentralization.
In which, the Department of Education and Training is responsible for presiding over and coordinating with relevant departments, branches, units and commune-level People's Committees to guide and organize inspections of tutoring and extra classes in the province.
Departments, branches, commune-level People's Committees and relevant units, organizations, and individuals shall coordinate with inspection agencies in inspecting tutoring and extra classes in the province in accordance with the law.
Inspection and examination of tutoring and extra classes are carried out according to the principles of publicity, objectivity, and within their authority; promptly detect and handle violations according to the provisions of law; strictly handle cases of intentional violations, recurrence violations or acts of coercion and profiteering in tutoring and extra classes.
Educational institutions, tutoring institutions, organizations, and individuals who violate regulations on tutoring and extra classes, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, will be handled according to current legal regulations.
