The above incident, after being spread, caused public outrage. According to the content in the video, the incident is said to have occurred at an internal meeting of a primary school in the province.
According to a private source of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, the incident happened at Mai Son Elementary School, Yen Thang ward, Ninh Binh province. The woman who had inappropriate words and had the action of hitting the table and throwing a glass of water in the video is Ms. L.T. H - Principal of Yen Thang Elementary School.
Ms. L.T. H. was formerly the Principal of Mai Son Primary School, at the time of the incident (October 2025), Ms. H. was transferred to become the Principal of Yen Thang Primary School. On the day of the incident, Ms. H. came to Mai Son Primary School and held a meeting to hand over some work. However, at the meeting, Ms. H. had words and actions that were not standard.
