On July 4, Binh Duong Continuing Education and Professional Development Center (abbreviated as Binh Duong Continuing Education Center, Thu Dau Mot ward, Ho Chi Minh City) stopped receiving applications for admission to 10th grade of the school.
School leaders said that the school has stopped receiving applications for admission to grade 10.
To date, the school has received over 1,800 applications for admission to 10th grade. Meanwhile, the school's enrollment quota is 900 students.
Faced with the overload situation, the Binh Duong Continuing Education Center is currently preparing a report to seek opinions from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training. The solution is to request additional enrollment quotas. The school will open at full capacity, but it can only receive training for a few hundred more students.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported on the fact that many parents and students had to go early, jostling each other to submit applications to enter 10th grade at Binh Duong Continuing Education Center.
According to records, the Binh Duong area is still in a state of shortage of high schools and overloaded at continuing education centers. In the Ben Cat area, there are only 2 high schools and 1 continuing education center, students have to travel far to study. Currently, some private schools have also stopped receiving applications for 10th grade. This makes parents continue to worry about their children's learning opportunities.
