Previously, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) announced the recruitment demand for additional teachers for the 2025-2026 school year with more than 1,400 people.
According to the Department, the subjects eligible for supplementary registration are candidates who have not been admitted in the first phase of the civil servant recruitment exam, 2025-2026 school year but have round 2 exam scores reaching 50 points or higher, and are not subject to annulment of admission results according to the decisions of the Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.
The consideration and recognition of supplementary admission results is carried out according to the principle of taking the total score of round 2 plus priority points (if any), considering from high to low within the recruitment quota of each job position, each unit.
In case many candidates have the same total score in the final target, those with higher round 2 exam scores will be prioritized. If it is still not possible to determine, the head of the recruitment authority will decide.
The deadline for submitting supplementary application forms is before 5:00 PM on February 9, 2026. If candidates do not register on time or do not follow the instructions, the admission results will not be recognized.
Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training also announced the adjustment and supplementation of teacher recruitment needs for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Department said that during the time of opening the registration system, it discovered a number of cases of taking advantage of technical errors to intervene and adjust the aspirations of other candidates.
The Department requests all candidates to check their aspiration information to ensure that they have registered accurately, avoid being adjusted, and the system updates the function of sending an authentication code to the email address of the candidate who registered previously to verify the change of aspiration.
The Department of Education and Training notes that candidates must self-check and be responsible for their aspirations. All complaints related to changes in aspirations after the application deadline will not be considered or resolved. Recruitment results will be considered for recognition based on valid registered aspirations on the system. In case of not completing within the prescribed time, the admission results will not be recognized.
