Resolution 93 of the Hanoi City People's Council stipulates the tuition fee level for the supplementary program for high-quality public schools in the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Tuition fees are specifically regulated by each educational institution
The tuition fee level for the supplementary program in the form of direct learning is specifically regulated in the Appendix issued with the Resolution, based on each educational institution, level and supplementary program.
At the preschool level, the fee level ranges from about 2.2 million VND to 4.2 million VND/student/month, depending on age and curriculum. Some schools have high fees such as 20-10 Kindergarten, Chu Van An Kindergarten, Viet Trieu Huu Nghi Kindergarten; while Phu Minh Kindergarten has a fee level from 2.38 million VND to 2.83 million VND/student/month.



At the primary level, the collection level at schools in the approved list is commonly from about 2.62 million VND to 4.59 million VND/student/month. Sai Dong Urban Primary School has a collection level of 4.59 million VND/month for blocks 1, 2; 4.39 million VND for block 3 and 4.09 million VND for blocks 4, 5.
At the high school level, Phan Huy Chu - Dong Da High School has a tuition fee of 5 million VND/student/month. This is also the highest level among all 35 high-quality public schools approved.
Online learning is charged at 75% of the direct learning level
The Resolution stipulates that the tuition fee level for supplementary programs for online learning forms is equal to 75% of the tuition fee level for direct learning forms, rounded to a thousand VND unit.
In case in the same month students both study directly and online, the collection level is determined based on the actual study time. If the direct study time is 14 days or more in the month, the direct study collection level is applied; in case of online study from 14 days or more, the online study collection level is applied according to regulations.
The total tuition fee collection period for the supplementary program is no more than 9 months in a school year.
