According to the report of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuy district, on the morning of October 28, after receiving the clip of a fight at Long Hoa Secondary School, the Department of Education and Training went to the school and verified. Through actual verification, the fight between students was exactly as the clip posted.

The incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. on October 21, at Long Hoa Secondary School, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

Upon receiving the information, the school invited parents of students and related parties to work at the school at 7:30 a.m. on October 23.

After discussing and verifying that the cause of the fight between the students was due to a conflict over messages on social networks, the students made an appointment to resolve the conflict.

Through the meeting, parents clearly saw the cause of the fight due to conflicts on social networks, each student is responsible. Parents agreed on the family responsibility to educate their children, committed to cooperate with the school to re-educate the children; agreed with the school's solution and had no complaints.

As for the student who was beaten, he only suffered a bruise on his arm after being beaten (because this student studied martial arts). Currently, his health and spirit are stable and he is studying normally.

For the student who beat his friend, the school is currently suspending him from school for 1 week and handing him over to his family for management and education.

The school has organized a review of experiences in the entire Pedagogical Council on education and student management in the coming time; strengthened monitoring solutions, promptly handled behaviors and manifestations of conflicts among students to promptly prevent and not let negative behaviors and violations of school regulations occur.

The school took responsibility for not reporting the incident to the Department of Education and Training and the locality because it realized that the parents agreed on the solution and the students returned to harmony.
