On the afternoon of June 25, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Hoang Van Thieu - Secretary of the youth union of Muong Lai commune, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province said - due to heavy rain on June 24 to the morning of June 25, the road from some villages in the commune to high school graduation exam locations was eroded, muddy, making it difficult for students to move.
Grasping the situation, the commune's youth union coordinated with the authorities to mobilize specialized vehicles to take the students to the exam site to complete the procedures for the high school graduation exam on the afternoon of June 25.


At the same time, plans are being prepared to prepare human resources and machinery to support candidates in the upcoming two days of the high school graduation exam.
According to the Secretary of the Muong Lai Commune Youth Union, from the center of Muong Lai Commune to the exam site in the center of Luc Yen District, there are currently 2 flooded and muddy locations.
In particular, the point passing through the Toan Dien spillway and the bypass road through Tham village (Khau Quang) is extremely difficult to travel, mud and dirt are overflowing onto the road, muddy to near the knee.

To support the contestants, the Youth Union and the Commune Police force mobilized human resources to carry the contestants for a distance of more than 200m. After that, they used a specialized vehicle to transport the students through flooded areas to ensure safety to the exam locations.
In 2025, Yen Bai province will organize an Examination Council with 32 exam scores - an increase of 4 points compared to 2024. The whole province has over 400 exam rooms with more than 9,400 candidates registering to take the exam.
Of which, more than 9,100 students are students studying under the 2018 general education program. It is expected that about 1,900 cadres, teachers and staff will be mobilized to serve the exam.
