According to the plan of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, after today, if parents and students do not complete the admission procedures, candidates will be considered to be eliminated from the admission list.
It is expected that on July 11, the department will announce the results of the review. From July 12-14, the department will conduct additional admission for successful cases after the final round.
From July 15 to before 5:00 p.m. on July 17, students who are admitted for additional admission will submit their applications at high schools.
On July 22, depending on the situation of successful students submitting applications to high schools, the department will report the needs and number of additional admissions (if any).
Last school year, after the time to receive admission documents, public high schools recorded a shortage of more than 2,200 quotas in 36 high schools. After that, Ho Chi Minh City will conduct additional recruitment.
The results of the additional recruitment were 1,400/2,203 candidates, reaching a rate of 63.54%. Correspondingly, there is a shortage of more than 800 targets.
