On August 4, the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province organized a workshop "Digital breakthrough in the Education and Training sector and deployment of the STEM education model", to concretize the spirit of Resolution No. 57 and Resolution No. 71 of the Politburo on developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in education.
At the workshop, Mr. Do Minh Tri - Deputy Director of Hung Yen Department of Education and Training said that the workshop not only introduces technology solutions but also aims to unify awareness and thinking about digital transformation throughout the industry. According to him, previously each unit had a different approach, so building a common understanding will create a foundation for synchronous and effective implementation.
Leaders of the Department of Education and Training said that the unit has completed the connection of the data axis (API) and the industry's smart management operating system with the data axis of Hung Yen province, and at the same time continues to synchronize data with the Ministry of Education and Training.
To date, data from educational institutions in 104 communes and wards in the province has been updated to the common system, creating a basis for centralized management and administration.

According to Mr. Do Minh Tri, data is the foundation of digital transformation, so educational institutions need to regularly update complete and accurate information to ensure the effective operation of the system. Digital transformation is also being implemented directly at schools through digital signatures, identification codes, electronic records and books, digital libraries, paperless meeting systems and many other smart management platforms.
At the workshop, delegates were introduced to digital school models, STEM education, AI education, smart governance; and at the same time visited and experienced smart classroom solutions, virtual reality (VR) technology, school governance systems and many digital education platforms.
The Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province requested educational institutions to proactively review the actual conditions to develop a roadmap for deploying digital transformation and STEM education appropriately, and promptly reflect difficulties and obstacles.
The Department will continue to coordinate with relevant units to support expertise, infrastructure and technology solutions, contributing to improving the quality of education and building a synchronous digital school system in the province.
