Hung Yen grades digital transformation of departments, branches, and localities monthly

Hung Yen - Hung Yen province has just issued a set of monthly scoring criteria for science, technology and digital transformation.

Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on a set of criteria and methods for monthly scoring and ranking for departments, agencies, branches and localities in leading and directing the implementation of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation tasks.

According to the decision, the assessment aims to measure the effectiveness of the direction and administration of units associated with the results of task implementation; and at the same time provide an overall information channel on the situation of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the province.

The set of criteria also aims to create an emulation movement, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of heads of departments, branches, and localities.

The assessment must ensure substance, fairness, and objectivity; the criteria can be identified, measured and linked to the results of task implementation. Units proactively self-assess and compare with the appraisal results of the Department of Science and Technology through scoring methods and public scoring methods.

The maximum total score is 100 points. Based on the results, units are ranked as type A (excellent) from 90-100 points; type B (good) from 80 to below 90 points; type C (good) from 70 to below 80 points; type D (average) from 50 to below 70 points and type E (below average) below 50 points.

According to the process, before the 20th of each month, departments, agencies, branches and localities self-review, statistically, and evaluate the results of task performance of the reporting period (from the 15th of the previous month to the end of the 14th of the reporting month) and send the results to the Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Police for verification and confirmation.

Before the 25th of each month, the Department of Science and Technology presides over and coordinates with the Provincial Police and related units to conduct independent assessment, summarize the results, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation before the 27th of each month. After that, the Department of Home Affairs summarizes the assessment results, ranks them, and submits them to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee for approval and announcement.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and relevant units to monitor, urge, and evaluate the implementation of the decision.
