According to Decision 1139/QD-BGDDT in 2024, no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 19, 2024, training institutions will announce candidates admitted in the first round.
At the same time, no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2024, all successful candidates must complete the first online admission confirmation on the system.
In addition, in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 21 of the Regulations issued together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT clearly states:
- The training facility sends admission notices to successful candidates, clearly stating the necessary procedures for candidates upon admission and the candidate's admission method.
- Candidates confirm admission online on the system, before enrolling at the training facility.
Accordingly, candidates completing university admission procedures in 2024 include:
Step 1: Confirm online admission: Access the information portal of the Ministry of Education and Training at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn
Step 2: Follow the necessary procedures for candidates when enrolling and the admission method is stated in the admission notice.
Step 3: Candidates submit admission documents.
Prepare complete admission documents and send them by mail or courier to the University.
Admission documents include:
- Admission notice (original);
- High school transcript (notarized copy);
- Curriculum vitae;
- Temporary high school graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2024, high school diploma (original and notarized copy) for candidates graduating before 2024;
- CCCD/ID card (notarized);
- Group book;
- Copy of birth certificate;
- Health examination card issued by the district clinic.
- 3x4 card photo (minimum 05 photos).
- Documents and preferential certificates (in case of preferential treatment such as exemption or reduction of tuition fees).
- Copies of legal documents to confirm priority subjects (if any) (certified)
For candidates when completing admission procedures at the school, they need to prepare additional tuition and living expenses according to the amount announced by the school.
